Peptizer DBD is a pure chemical peptizer for pure gum mastication, through which natural rubber (NR) is processed without carbon black at normal and higher temperatures.

Viscosity reduction of natural rubber by means of chemical cleavage of polymer molecules; 

Faster distribution due to higher dispersion content; 

Effective on open mills from 80℃ and in internal mixers up to 160℃.
