Properties: Thermoplastic resin modified with cashew-nut oi, flammable,and odorless;soluble in most organic solvents.,insoluble in water。
Applications: It is especially applicable to tyre as reinforcing agent.   It can effectively increase hardness and improve the properties of tire sidewall , as reforming the processability.  The dosage recommended is 8 to 10% by the weight of rubber.
Storage: Kept in indoor, dry and ventilating, protected from heat and fire, the storage life is one year.  The products that exceedstorage life and qualified can be used。
Package: In 25kg paper bags with plastic inner.

It is an effectivechemical peptizer for NR and SBR.
It is specially suitable for mixing at high temperature over 120°C.
It can reduce the milling time greatly and there by can save the power consumption,
and   it has litter effect on the aging properties of rubber products While improving  the process ability.
It isn't blooming from rubber. 
Peptizer P-22 disperses readily in rubbe rand should be added at the beginning of the mixing cycle,
using either internal mixers or open mills.
Recommended dosage levels in NR are0.05 to 0.5 phr ,andin SBR are 0.5 to 3.0 phr. Storage:
